EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST

As one of Coldwell Banker's top Luxury Property Specialists, Joanne McPhee has successfully negotiated many of the South Bay's largest individual property sales on record.

She is ranked among the top Realtors in the United States, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors; California Association of Realtors; Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.

Joanne is a Bay Area native. Born at Fort Ord, on the Monterey Peninsula, she is the daughter of the late U.S. Army Colonel Thomas H. Wilson. Joanne and her four brothers were raised in Los Gatos.

Joanne and her dad shared a love of Thoroughbred horses. An accomplished equestrienne, Joanne grew up riding and showing these magnificent animals competitively. Her dad, on the other hand, found great joy in breeding and racing Thoroughbreds in his retirement.

Joanne brings a wealth of skill, professionalism, and experience to her clients. Throughout her successful career in real estate, and her near 20-year career with the San Jose Mercury News and Knight Ridder Newspapers, Joanne has been consistently recognized as a strong leader with vision and energy. Her knowledge, sharp negotiating skills, friendly demeanor and honesty are her hallmarks, appreciated by her friends, clients, and business associates alike.

Her clients run the gamut, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Most telling are the repeat clients and referrals that are the mainstay of her business - a true testament to the quality service she provides.

Joanne and her husband Eric, a laser physicist, have called Morgan Hill home for over 40 years. They have two daughters, Meghan Knippen and Amanda Romero, and two grand-daughters, Carson and Reese, whom they adore.
